Fantastic 20 m2 terrace faces southwest, so it receives sunshine all the afternoon and doesn’t get any wind. The terrace is not overlooked and has panoramic sea views from the pier all over the kite bay. The outdoor furniture consists of 2 sun loungers and a table with 2 chairs. You are welcome to admire the sunset with a glass of wine.

Fantastische Dachterrasse von 20 qm hat einen prachtvollen Panoramablick auf das Meer nach Südwest vom Pier bis zur Kite -Bucht. Die Sonne bestrahlt sie den ganzen Nachmittag und kein Wind stört Sie in der Sonne zu liegen. Hier gibt es einen Tisch, 2 Stühlen und 2 Liegen.

Petit appartement très sympathique et bien entretenu. Cuisine bien aménagée et très propre. Wifi impeccable. Le terrasse de 20 m2, ensoleillée toute la journée avec une vue du port del Medano jusqu’au Teide en passant par la Montána Roja et les plages, est parfaite. D’autant que son orientation fait qu’elle est protégée des vents dominants. Le quartier est très calme, jour et nuit, tous les commerces et les plages sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Marisha est très agréable et disponible pour toute question. Notez que l’appartement est un atico (sur le toit) au 5ème étage, mais que l’ascenseur ne va que jusqu’au 4ème étage: ensuite il y a un escalier de 16 marches mais qui reste facile à gravir car en ligne droite. Un très chouette séjour à refaire.

The description of the place was pretty accurate, I would say that the photos of the terrace don’t pay justice to the wonderful view that brings the whole living area to life. Another feature that we appreciated was how quiet the apartment was, we did not hear any noise or disturbance from the other flats. A nice ‘comunidad de vecinos’, a great hostess and a taste of the slow-living.
