The village is surrounded by volcanic natural reserves Montaña Roja and Montaña Pelada. Here you can find walking paths and good conditions for bicycle training. La Tejita beach near the Red mountain is famous as the nudist beach of Tenerife Sur.

On arrival in El Medano we were met by Marisha who showed us around the apartment and how to use the wifi, tv etc. This apartment is literally 2 minutes walk from the sea front, harbour, restaurants, shops, bars, bus stop, play area and town centre. The apartment itself is perfectly proportioned with a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen diner and also a sofa bed, on the patio at the back there is a table and chairs overlooking the pool and large sunbathing area which is kept in excellent condition by the daily maintenance people, this area is accessed via your own private gated area. Out the front there is a terrace with a sun lounger, chairs and sun shade/umbrella and a small garden. The sun on this terrace in the afternoon early evening is full on. The bathroom is modern with a decent shower over bath and modern sink and loo. In the kitchen there is everything you could possibly need, hob and full oven, a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and even a washing machine and enough pots and pans to cook literally anything, dining table and four chairs and a TV although no English channels. The bed linen and towels are plentiful and having a washing machine means you can have fresh linen everyday if you want it. Marisha was available via WhatsApp, text or phone should you have a problem or need anything. I would recommend this property as the perfect location with all you could wish for. We enjoyed every moment. Thank you

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Maribel. L’appartement est idéalement situé à 5 min à pied du centre ville, dans une rue calme. La terrasse est exposée plein sud et on peut profiter du soleil toute la journée. La résidence est très calme et les chambres à l’étage sont également un atout. Je recommande vivement cette location pour vos futurs séjours à Ténérife!

Problemlose Buchung und Übergabe des Schlüssels. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau passend für ein Paar und die Lage ist ideal, zentral und strandnah, der Balkon direkt über dem Meer. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Das Panorama und der Ausblick vom Balkon hat uns am besten gefallen, ein bisschen vermisst haben wir deutsches Fernsehen.
