On arrival in El Medano we were met by Marisha who showed us around the apartment and the complex. This place is literally 2 minutes walk from the sea front and windsurf beach Cabezo with a nice bar-chiringuito. The supermarket, bakery, restaurants and cafeterias are in 5 minutes walking distance, so the car is not needed (but if you rent one, you can use a parking place in the garage). The apartment is brand new and exactly as on the pictures. Two spacious bedrooms each with big cupboard and a small bedroom upstairs. Modern kitchen with all cooking appliances. In the living room Smart TV and Wi-Fi internet was a plus as we could watch videos directly from Youtube. We used a balcony to eat outside and the upper terrace to lay in the sun. The view is marvelous and the weather was just perfect. I imagine that on the windy days you’ll have to move to the swimming pool solarium for sunbathing. The host Malika was available via (Hidden by Airbnb) , text or phone should you have a problem or need anything. I would recommend this property as the perfect location with all you could wish for. We enjoyed every moment!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Maribel. L’appartement est idéalement situé à 5 min à pied du centre ville, dans une rue calme. La terrasse est exposée plein sud et on peut profiter du soleil toute la journée. La résidence est très calme et les chambres à l’étage sont également un atout. Je recommande vivement cette location pour vos futurs séjours à Ténérife!

Sehr nette Vermieterin mit problemlosem Check-in und Check-out. Die Wohnung liegt in einer perfekten Gegend und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch den sehr langen Gang im Appartement ist die Wohnung auch tagsüber etwas dunkler. Ist aber kein Problem gewesen, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
