Beautiful totally renovated apartment in the center of El Medano (Plaza Roja) just 200 meters from El Cabezo windsurfing spot and 5 minute walk to the main square and sandy beach.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one with double bed, another with bunk beds, living room with sofabed, fully equipped kitchen (inclinding dishwasher), eating area, bathroom with shower and washing machine, terrace with table and chairs, that is not windy and has marvelous ocean view to Medano bay and kitesurfing spot.

The apartment is on the second floor without lift. In the entrance there’s a closed corridor that can be used to store equipment.
The complex has community swimming pool, but it’s temporarily closed due to Covid-19 restrictions.
